The said Act is strong enough to provide every kind of security to the women whether they work for somebody, somewhere and or remain within the four walls of their homes.

This Act states that though it will protect women from violence, but also at the very same time the authority constituted under this act can have the assistance of the police even to do their duties peacefully, and with protection and their representatives would be appointed in every area Additional General Women Protections, the authority because of having their own funds can work a lot, funds would be utilized for the protection of the women and to save them from every kind of violence.

As a practicing Transfer of Property lawyer I assume that the most distinctive feature of this Authority is that it would be entitled to acquire the movable or immovable property of the women from any person who deprive such women from their legal right of holding that property and after acquiring such Property, at the very same time Authority would be able to sell it away but obviously with the prior permission of the government and after completion of procedure of Land Revenue, Punjab.
